Hiboy 1-Year Warranty

All Hiboy products are covered under our manufacturer's 1-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects.

This Limited Warranty does not cover

  1. Warranty service will be not honored if the damage is caused by human.
  2. Warranty service will be honored if the damage is not caused by human.

Frame assembly

Replacement units may be provided for product-related performance defects that cannot be repaired, such as open circuits, desoldering, breakage, and deformation. Damage caused by impact, unauthorized modification, or other human-made factors is not covered by the warranty.

Engine assembly

Replacement may be performed due to product-related performance defects (such as coil phase failure, burnout, demagnetization or detachment of the magnetic steel, and wheel axle deformation) that cannot be repaired. However, wheel hub damage caused by insufficient tire pressure over speed bumps, potholes, or similar causes is not covered by the warranty.

Replacement may be performed due to product-related performance defects that cannot be repaired, such as open circuits, desoldering, breakage, and deformation. Control module

Replacement may be provided for product-related performance defects that cannot be repaired. However, damage caused by unauthorized modifications or other human-made factors is not covered by the warranty.

Instrument assembly

Performance defects caused by product-related issues that cannot be repaired are eligible for replacement. However, damage caused by unauthorized modifications or other human-made factors is not covered by the warranty.

If a product-related issue causes performance failure, oil leaks, or other non-repairable problems, the product can be replaced. However, damage caused by collisions or other human-made factors is not covered by the warranty.

Shock absorber assembly

Failures due to product quality issues (such as shock absorber failure, oil leakage, or physical damage) can be replaced. However, damage caused by unauthorized modifications, improper use, or external influences is not covered by the warranty.

Folding assembly 

Replacement may be made for product-related performance defects that cannot be repaired, such as open circuits, desoldering, breakage, and deformation. However, damage caused by impact, unauthorized modification, or other human-made factors is not covered by the warranty .

Stem assembly

If a product-related performance defect such as open circuits, desoldering, breakage, or deformation cannot be repaired, the product can be replaced. However, damage caused by impact, unauthorized modification, or other human-made factors is not covered by the warranty .

Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or other human factors is not covered by the warranty. Damage caused by improper storage, failure to charge in a timely manner, use of non-standard chargers, water ingress, shock, or drops is also not covered by the warranty.

Front light

Failures such as non-illumination or insufficient brightness caused by quality issues with the product are eligible for replacement. However, damage caused by unauthorized modifications, improper use, or accidents (such as collisions) is not covered by the warranty.

Non-illumination or insufficient brightness due to quality issues with the product entitles you to a replacement. However, damage caused by unauthorized modifications, improper use, or accidents (such as collisions) is not covered by the warranty.

Failures due to quality issues with the product (such as switch malfunctions, electrical failures, or physical damage) are eligible for replacement. However, damage caused by unauthorized modifications, improper use, or accidents (such as collisions) is not covered by the warranty.

Failures due to quality issues with the product (such as poor contact at the charging port, electrical failures, or physical damage) are eligible for a replacement. However, damage caused by unauthorized modifications, improper use, or accidents (such as collisions) is not covered by the warranty.

Failures due to quality issues with the product (such as storage damage, excessive wear, or physical damage) can be replaced. However, damage caused by unauthorized modifications, improper use, or external influences is not covered by the warranty.

Failures due to product quality issues (such as charging errors, overheating, short circuits, or physical damage) can be replaced. However, damage caused by unauthorized modifications, improper use, or external influences is not covered by the warranty.

Foot cushions

Failures due to quality issues with the product (such as damage, excessive wear, or deformation) can be replaced. However, damage caused by unauthorized modifications, improper use, or external influences is not covered by the warranty.

reflector

Failures due to quality issues with the product (such as loss of reflectivity, damage, or physical damage) can be replaced. However, damage caused by unauthorized modifications, improper use, or external influences is not covered by the warranty.

handlebar grip

Failures due to quality issues with the product (such as damage or excessive wear) can be replaced. However, damage caused by unauthorized modifications, improper use, or external influences is not covered by the warranty.

Front/rear mudguard

Failures due to quality issues (such as damage) can be replaced. However, damage caused by unauthorized modifications, improper use, or external influences is not covered by the warranty.

Side stand

Failures due to quality issues with the product (such as insufficient support, looseness, or physical damage) can be replaced. However, damage caused by unauthorized modifications, improper use, or external influences is not covered by the warranty.

Drum/disc brake

Failures due to quality issues with the product (such as brake failure, uneven wear, or physical damage) can be replaced. However, damage caused by unauthorized modifications, improper use, or external influences is not covered by the warranty.

inner tube

 

Failures due to product quality issues (such as abnormal air loss or physical damage) are eligible for replacement. However, tire blowouts caused by insufficient tire pressure when driving over speed bumps or potholes, as well as punctures, as well as minor air pressure losses (5-10 PSI) during normal use, are not covered by the warranty.

Outer tire

Failures due to quality issues with the product (such as cracking, abnormal wear, or physical damage) are eligible for a replacement. However, damage caused by improper use, aggressive riding, burnouts, extreme situations such as punctures, or accidents is not covered by the warranty.

Tubeless tire

Failures due to product quality issues (such as tire cracks, abnormal wear, or manufacturing defects) may be replaced. However, damage caused by unauthorized modifications, improper use, aggressive driving, burnouts, or external influences (such as road damage, sharp objects, etc.) are not covered by the warranty. Minor air pressure losses (5-10 PSI per month) during normal use, as well as slow air leaks leading to rust on the wheel hub due to long periods of inactivity, are also not covered by the warranty.

  1. All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Hiboy or Hiboy’s authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty

Claims Process

All claims to this warranty must be made through Hiboy. and submitted to support@hiboy.com. Proofs of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at support@hiboy.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Hiboy within 1 year of initial purchase.

Hiboy will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidence by email.

Shipping Damage Claims

In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact support@hiboy.com and provide us with photo or video proof.

NOTICE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.

Repair Service

For repair services, Hiboy will only provide free replacement parts.

All free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.

Limitation of Damages

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, Hiboy shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when Hiboy has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
